Sophina Kio-Lawson's cybersecurity background stems from years of experience in testing web applications for security vulnerabilities, conducting security audits and training for Fortune 500 companies, and NGOs across West Africa & Europe. 

The former Morgan Stanley UK Security Analyst, has an MSc in Information Security from the Royal Holloway University of London. Currently, she works within Platform Security at Meta where she focuses on third party apps that pose a threat to abusing Meta's (previously Facebook) user data and privacy. She also manages the company's data abuse bounty program. 

Sophina is also listed as the 2022 U.K. SC Magazine Cybersecurity Women of Influence and is the co-founder of SheSecures where she focuses on building communities that empower young African women to pursue careers in tech and cybersecurity.
