Sarb is a CTO speaker, writer and contributes to many events and publications. He was shortlisted in the CSO30 2021 Awards, and inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame for his contributions to the industry. Together with Paul Simms and Peter Olivier, he co-founded the Mental Health in Cyber Security Foundation, which he now Chair. He is a board member of the IoT Security Foundation. He also mentors cyber security start-ups, advise on market entry, and serve as a board advisor to several companies.
